Hello everyone,

                It was great to be back to some form of normality this week, a big thankyou to you all for your co-operation, which helped everything to run smoothly.  Unfortunately, looking at the weather forecast for the rest of the week, we maybe in for some more interruption to golf, here’s hoping not!!    Another thankyou to Tony Nixon and Ray Canavan who helped Tony clear away the branches and debris created by the gale winds that whipped through here on Friday.   

Congratulations to Chrissie Mackie selected to play in the Westrupp Cup, for the Eastern Marlborough team, who had a win at Westport over the weekend – well done!!

CLUB PROGRAMME –  Owing to missed events, there will be a few upcoming changes,  you will be informed weekly on what’s on, following are some updates for you.

PRO AM, this has been postponed until the weekend of 6th and 7th November,  will only go ahead if we are at Level 1.

CLUB CHAMPS FINALS –  These have been extended out until Saturday, 16th October.

TOP DOG/VETS – A couple of extra weeks has been allowed,  please check the draw and arrange to play these matches.

SHOOTOUT – Sunday, 19th will be a counting round, owing to there being no Barron Pot this month.

GREENS MAINTENANCE – Wednesday, 15th – Tony will be scarifying the greens, a notice will be put which nine is playable.
